BREAKING: Supreme Court UNANIMOUSLY SLAMS Corrupt Dems Attorney General Dana Nessel

Dana Nessel, a prominent Democrat and Attorney General, was ousted and humiliated after seizing control of an inquiry and breaking the law.

In the case involving the contaminated water in Flint, Michigan, the Michigan Supreme Court dismissed all allegations against former governor Rick Snyder and other former state executive branch officials.

The inquiry was taken over by the corrupt attorney general Dana Nessel, who fired the lead investigator and replaced him with people she personally selected who didn’t care about upholding the law. A single judge grand jury was established.

A single judge grand jury could be established by the state, according to the Michigan Supreme Court, but this judge’s authority is highly constrained and he cannot indict anyone. Although they do not “authorize the judge to issue indictments,” he could “probe, subpoena witnesses, and issue arrest warrants.” Here, there are two key ideas. Being unanimous meant that all of the judges were liberal. Second, it was a severe rebuke to Nessel, indicating that she is no longer impervious.

AG In 2021, Dana Nessel’s office declared that Snyder and eight other officials had been charged. Those people included Snyder’s former chief of staff Jarrod Agen, Nick Lyon, a former director of Michigan’s health department, and Eden Wells, the state’s top medical officer. Two counts of wilful negligence, which are misdemeanors, were brought against Snyder. Both Lyon and Wells were accused of involuntary manslaughter, a crime that carries a possible 15-year jail sentence.

They stated in the court declaration:

“Seeking justice for the people of Flint was never the goal of these prosecutions against Governor Snyder and the other defendants. Instead, Attorney General Nessel and Solicitor General Fadwa Hammoud, who was chosen for the position by her political party, orchestrated a vengeful, wasteful, and politically motivated prosecution.

The indictments themselves represented a kind of turnabout. After Bill Schuette, Nessel’s predecessor, appointed Todd Flood as the special prosecutor to look into the crisis, Nessel quickly fired him and replaced him with Fadwa Hammoud. Then, Hammoud teamed up with Wayne County prosecutor Kym Worthy, and the two selected Flint’s Genesee County Judge David Newblatt to serve as a single-judge grand jury with the authority to look into evidence in private and make indictments in accordance with his findings.

The Michigan Supreme Court referred to the proceedings as a “Star Chamber comeback,” a reference to the sixteenth-century English law enforcement body that frequently waged attacks against the English sovereign’s political rivals, due to their secrecy and the use of a legal loophole that allows a one-judge grand jury under unusual circumstances.
