“I DON’T CARE” !! STEVE BANNON HANDS NANCY PELOSI & DOJ THEIR ASSES!

Top Democrats were in a frenzy after Steve Bannon declared that he would not give up the fight against them.

Following his conviction for contempt of Congress, Bannon advised Nancy Pelosi, Bennie Thompson, the head of the House Select Committee, and the Department of Justice to “suck on it” in a segment of his War Room podcast.

I must give the War Room a small nod of appreciation, Bannon added. No matter who doesn’t like it—Bennie Thompson, Nancy Pelosi, or anyone else—he said, “I don’t care.” I don’t care if you don’t like it, Justice Department. Suck it up! We are overthrowing this fraudulent government. And according to reports from Arizona, the locals despise you guys.

According to a source, should Donald Trump run for president in 2024 and win, he intends to “gut” hundreds, if not thousands, of federal employees. This was discussed by former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon.

The relevance of Jonathan Swan’s reporting was emphasized by Bannon. “Drain the swamp,” and “Swamp monsters,” are two cutesy expressions that should be put away.

The United States had “taken on the model” of a “authoritarian state” that needed to be “deconstructed” and “torn apart brick by brick,” according to Steve Bannon, who supported the rumored plan.

A well-known lawyer claimed earlier this week that Bannon’s guilty conviction may be overturned.

In an interview with Newsmax, host Greta Van Susteren and former Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz discussed how a jury in Washington, D.C., found Bannon guilty of two counts of contempt of Congress for disobeying a subpoena.

According to Dershowitz, the conviction was “absolutely unconstitutional,” and he expected that a higher court would “very likely” reverse it.

“Trial by jury in and in front of a fair jury is the only clause in the Constitution that appears twice. First, he didn’t have an impartial jury. The judge removed his defenses from him, which is number two, according to Dershowitz.

Dershowitz responded to Van Susteren’s comment that the D.C. district where the trial was conducted is “94% Democrat” by saying, “Well, not only that but probably 97% Trump haters.”

And all you had to say was, “Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, this man Bannon worked for Trump,” continued Dershowitz. The lawsuit is over at that point.

It was totally expected and totally unconstitutional. Trial by jury with a fair jury is the only clause in the Constitution to appear twice. First, he didn’t have an impartial jury. The judge removed his defenses from him, which is number two. He was denied a jury trial by the judge.

They wouldn’t let him provide evidence stating that he thought an executive privilege might be in play and that he sought a court ruling before violating the executive privilege. The jury couldn’t hear about that issue, Dershowitz added.

“This conviction was a foregone outcome, as I stated on this show and several broadcasts prior. The only question is whether or if an appeal will set it aside. either by the District of Columbia appellate court or by the Supreme Court. I believe that this conviction will be overturned at some point, said Dershowitz.

According to a report by Politico’s Josh Gerstein, “Bannon may only serve a short period of time in jail in this instance. Additionally, the judge’s stringent limitations on Bannon’s legal arguments throughout the trial create concerns that could be taken up by the Supreme Court or an appeals court.

Bannon’s trial began last Monday when U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols strangely instructed his attorneys they could not cross-examine any witness in a way that might suggest the case against him is politically motivated.

Nichols stated, “I do not intend for this to become into a political cause, a political circus, or a platform for party politics.

Earlier, Nichols turned down Bannon’s plea to postpone the trial for a month.

Bannon’s counsel, Evan Corcoran, said that the parties’ perceptions of the judge’s earlier decisions had undergone a “seismic change.”

Additionally, Bannon attempted to have his criminal contempt of Congress charges related to the event at the U.S. Capitol 18 months ago postponed, but Nichols rejected this.

Bannon proposed a postponement until at least mid-October, but Nichols rejected it.
