It was a heated moment for President Trump and Andrew Cuomo over re-opening of the States economy. The debate has been about who is responsible for the reopening; Trump, or the governors.
Earlier, Trump said he has ultimate authority over it but but Cuomo turned his statement down saying he is ready to defy the order and fight Trump’s administration in court if he ordered states to reopen before time.

The fight escalated and expanded rapidly from there, Trump immediately fired back for unnecessarily try to seek “Independence” and then likening the tensions with quite a few states to a “mutiny.”

However, Gov. Cuomo pointed that President Trump’s speech went contrary to the administration’s initial stance, which was to recognize governors’ role in deciding how and when to shut down activities in their states.
