Former President Barack Obama finally breaks his silence and emerged from political hibernation to endorse Joe Biden. He enjoined supporters of Bernie Sanders, and top Democrats to unite behind its presumptive presidential nominee in the period of the Covid-19 outbreak.

In a 12 minutes long video, Obama praised Biden saying he has all it takes to be a president now.

“I’m so proud to endorse Joe Biden for President of the United States. Choosing Joe to be my Vice President was one of the best decisions I ever made, and he became a close friend. And I believe Joe has all the qualities we need in a President right now,” Obama said.
