US Attorney General Bill Barr on Tuesday announced that said he may go after Governors who insist on maintaining authoritarian Covid-19 lockdown orders.
“We have to give businesses more freedom to operate in a way that’s reasonably safe to the extent that governors don’t and impinge on either civil rights or on the national commerce. As lawsuits develop, as specific cases emerge in the states, we’ll take a look at them,We’re looking carefully at a number of these rules that are being put into place. And if we think one goes too far, we initially try to jawbone the governors into rolling them back or adjusting them. And if they’re not and people bring lawsuits, we file statement of interest and side with the plaintiffs.” Bill Barr said.
Most people are tired and want to be free and get back to work, so they have been protests in the country.
William Barr,
This letter by you is infringing on my civil rights. To even think this high handed actions are legal is treason to the U.S.
Most people do NOT want to get sick and not allowing governors of their states to make their own decisions of what is right for their states is beyond unthinkable.
The AG of the U.S. is going beyond his legal rights. The AG is the lawyer for the people of the U.S., NOT the president. You are treading on very thin ice by infringing on our civil rights
