BREAKING: Rep. Marjorie Greene files articles of impeachment against Biden

Articles of impeachment against Attorney General Merrick Garland have been submitted by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for enabling the “political persecution” of 45th President Donald Trump.

The articles of impeachment against Garland were submitted by Greene on Friday in response to the Attorney General’s admission that he had personally approved the FBI raid on the Mar-a-Lago residence of former President Trump.

 

Garland had stated that the Justice Department does not approve a search of a home lightly. It is common practice to seek less invasive methods as a substitute for searches whenever possible, and to focus any searches that are conducted, he added.

Trump, along with a lot of other conservatives, disagreed, emphasizing that before the raid, he and his team were “cooperating fully” with the Justice Department.

As a result, Greene’s articles of impeachment against Garland charge him with “endangering, compromising, and undermining the justice system of the United States by facilitating the persecution” of Trump, Joe Biden’s political opponent.

The articles of impeachment state that “Attorney General Garland’s personal approval to seek a search warrant for the raid on the home [of Trump] constitutes a blatant attempt to persecute a political opponent.”

Garland, the articles continue, has “oversaw a denigration of the principles of our democratic republic by politicizing the Department of Justice and using the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Federal police force to punish or intimidate anyone who questions or opposes the current regime,” they claim.

The FBI took several documents that they believed to be classified, according to the warrant, which was made public on Friday. However, as many commentators and Trump supporters have pointed out, “the President has the power to control classification and declassification of documents.”

The impeachment articles continue, “Attorney General Garland has engaged in a pattern of conduct that is inconsistent with his duties as a civil office of the United States in prosecuting [Trump] over documents he legally declassified.”

They go on to say that Garland’s actions “run counter to the steps that employees of the executive branch must take to avoid ‘an appearance of loss of impartiality,'” saying that by failing to uphold the oath he took, he has “lost the trust of citizens of the United States to faithfully execute the laws of the United States without partisan bias.”

Garland “will remain a threat to the justice system… if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with democracy, self-governance, and the rule of law,” according to Greene’s filed articles.

The Georgia representative claimed to reporters outside the Capitol that the Mar-A-Lago FBI raid amounted to nothing less than outright “political persecution” and that its sole purpose was to stop Trump from ever being able to hold public office again.

The use of America’s great institutions to thwart political rivals is something that cannot be tolerated, according to Greene. “This shouldn’t be here, and it shouldn’t be used for that.”

Greene called for the defunding of the FBI, the dissolution of the Justice Department, and the “gutting of the agencies of political biases and persecutions” in a social media post on Thursday. She claimed that the American government had transformed into an institution that “protects and serves the elites, while the people suffer under the America’s last ruling class.”

Killarys’ Uranium One scandal was purely for profit and depletion of U.S. uranium resources. Russia kicked out the globalists who control democrats years ago. The dems, and DC totally belong to China. Because Joe Biden got paid to sell America to the globalist run CCP. Now Xinping has removed globalists from within the CCP and the rest of Chinas’ government. Just like Putin did in Russia. Now America has to do the same thing Putin and Xinping did in their perspective countries. But that can’t happen until after the upcoming elections when our citizens, who don’t have their heads two feet up their ass, vote the satanic globalist democrats out of positions of power in the U.S. Only then can the law be applied in America.
