Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard has made huge signings and Rennes Edouard Mendy is making his successful move to Stamford as Rennes have agreed a permanent transfer and satisfactory price.

According to L’Equipe, Rennes were initially asking for €40m and the loan of Olivier Giroud in return for Mendy’s services.

And After announcing Mendy, Chelsea will consider a move for Declan Rice [no bid yet].

Declan head coach is not ready to release the English man and has also placed a huge release clause that could cost Chelsea €70m, after signing Kai Havertz and Timo Werner for huge amounts.

Chelsea made Eduoard Mendy thier target due to Kepa Arrizabalaga performance last season and Chelsea are in search for a competitive young goalkeeper for Kepa Arrizibalaga after the Chelsea man had a bad time last season.
