Marc Elias, an attorney for Hillary, the BLM, and the DNC, must feel like a punching bag at the moment because judge after judge has criticized him for acting unethically. Since learning about his involvement with the Russia Collusion Hoax, even Democrats have distanced themselves. This latest defeat came while he was attempting to persuade Louisiana to establish a second district with a majority of Black people. There are speculations that he was ejected from the Perkins Coie law firm rather than leaving on his own accord.
Slender Republicans like Vos in Wisconsin and Raffensperger in Georgia were duped by Elias, enabling the Democrats to steal the 2020 election. Elias has been the DNC’s go-to man when it comes to challenging voter ID laws. How the strong have perished.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals penalized Elias for unethical behavior in Texas:
According to a decision made on Wednesday by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, penalties for ethical violations in the voting case Texas Alliance for Retired Americans v. Hughs will not be lifted against Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias and two other firm attorneys, partner Bruce Spiva and counsel Skyler Howton.
On March 12, the Fifth Circuit penalized Elias and his group for failing to uphold their obligation to be truthful with the court when they submitted a motion to supplement the record in February that was a duplicate of one they had submitted in September that a motions panel had rejected. The earlier rejection was not mentioned by the Perkins Coie lawyers.
According to The Gateway Pundit
Marc Elias represented Hillary during her 2016 presidential campaign. He most recently made headlines after Michael Sussman, a colleague of Durham’s, was accused of lying to the FBI.
Before the 2020 Election, Elias participated in a number of activities. However, the Texas Federal Appeals Court approved of his actions there.
The Supreme Court rejected another another decision against Elias yesterday.
Prior to the midterm elections, the Supreme Court decided to reinstate Republican-drawn boundaries in Louisiana, despite Democratic efforts to establish a second district with a majority of Black voters.
A federal judge claimed that a congressional voting map that had been restored by the court had disenfranchised black voters. Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Stephen Breyer would have rejected the stay request.
Elias, who allegedly represented a group of people in Louisiana, filed the lawsuit.
We are tired of the democrat double standards, we are ready for the dirty dems and rinos to be charged with treason
