EVIDENCE: Election County Clerk in New Mexico Faked Pre-Election Machine Certification Records.

It seems that New Mexico has never actually conducted any pre-election machine certifications. This was made public after a whistleblower came forward and revealed that the Sandoval County Clerk of Courts’ signature had been falsified by at least three different individuals. The certificates are necessary to demonstrate that the machines are in good working order following the clerk’s testing.

After spending HOURS examining the pre-election certificates of the machines, Ramona describes her findings. At least 3 different people FAKED the clerk’s signature on 133 machine certificates, which were MISSING the clerk’s seal.

Both the Sheriff and the Sandoval Board of Ethics have received complaints. Anne Brady-Romero, the county clerk of Sandoval, has been asked to resign.

“Meeting of the Sandoval County Commissioners

Remarks 7/27/22

Ramona Goolsby is my name, and I reside in Sandoval County.

I demand that all of my remarks be made public.

I’d like to start by saying that I’ve been asking God to show me the things he thinks are unfair and immoral. Even though God commands us to love our enemies and to pray for them, there are times when he chooses to set an example by overturning a money changer’s table.

I’m here to turn the table of the money changers today. I spent four hours going over Sandoval County’s pre-election tapes and certificates. 133 machines, 3 full mail trays.

The county clerk did not sign 132 of the certificates, and at least three different people signed her signature on 131 of the certificates. Additionally, 50 of the 133 certificates lacked a completion date, and one had a tabulator technician’s signature with the date November 13, 2022. The county sheriff’s office has received a criminal complaint because it appears that tabulator ICE #H0180’s certificate was fake. The Sheriff received copies of the certifications as well as a copy of the ethics complaint that was submitted to the Sandoval County Ethics Board and SOS office. 22-001136 is the sheriff’s case number.

At the very least, this investigation reveals total negligence on the part of the County Clerk, but at the worst, it appears that there was criminal activity. Nothing like this would be accepted in a private company, and the government ought to follow suit.

The people were let down by the GOP, the Democratic party, and this commission. As a result, I stepped up and completed your task.

 

Anne Brady-Romero, the Sandoval County Clerk, is being asked to resign from her position as County Clerk due to her neglect of duty and betrayal of her oath of public office. Every citizen has the right to ask for the same thing because the county’s residents’ trust has been betrayed.
