George Soros Backed DA Charged with Fraud, ordered To Release Conceal Documents

Louis DA Kim Gardner lost her appeal for not turning up her correspondence with George Soros operatives and others in her prosecution of former Gov. Eric Greitens. A judge found her guilty of 62 misconducts and 79 misrepresentations in convicting Greitens of crimes he did not commit. After being exonerated, Greitens is now campaigning for the US Senate in Missouri.

Gardner sucked for St Louis. In the past 50 years, St Louis has had the most murders. It took the Missouri legislature 90 days to restrict Gardner’s ability to pursue killers. Then the state Attorney General takes charge.

Gardner declined to prosecute drug traffickers and child molesters even when the evidence was clear. Her reasoning was that the cops were racists, and she refused to hear from over 20 cops.

A unanimous Missouri Appeals Court ordered that she must face disciplinary proceedings for her fraudulent actions and pay a $5,000 fine.

The Post-Dispatch reported:

The Missouri Court of Appeals in St. Louis affirmed a judge’s decision against the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office for neglecting to respond to an open records complaint.

The appeals of Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner were unanimously dismissed. She was fined $5,000 by St. Louis Circuit Judge Christopher McGraugh for failing to deliver documents and respond to a lawsuit brought by conservative writer John Solomon in January 2020.

[Gardner’s] failure to immediately respond to (Solomon’s) revised petition was not the consequence of an unanticipated or unavoidable obstacle, accident, or mishap, but rather of (Gardner’s) carelessness, inattention, and willful disrespect, the court stated.

As part of the 2018 criminal investigations of then-Gov. Eric Greitens, Solomon, a former Fox News contributor, wanted all of Gardner’s communications with employees and other relevant actors.

In addition to former state representatives Stacey Newman and Jay Barnes, billionaire George Soros is also on the list.

  1. She’s not the only Soros backed DA that needs to be removed from office. They’re all a bunch of PC do gooders that don’t want jails or prisons.
    Until all of society has a moral sense of living , it the 10 Commandments. Jails, Bail, and Prisons are necessary. Unless you want the cops to return to the old west type of inforcement. Currently I don’t think we have enough rope just to take care of the crooked law makers.

Soros has been paying off liberals with in the FBI, CIA, NSA and the United States Government for decades now and most of what the public sees on the internet and fake news channels is precisely that Fake News all of it is a Hollywood Act and NONE OF THE CRIMINALS WITH IN THE Democratic Party and it’s supporters are going to prison!!!!!!!
    The fake news sites have been saying that Bill & Hillary Clinton are going to prison for 3 decades now so if you all believe this then you are a fool !

    • Yeah well she may have been caught and just might have to pay that 5 grand but I’m with you..they will NEVER go to prison or even a courtroom for that matter. There are people who aren’t “above the law” and it’s just the people who it was meant for..us and us alone. They ARE above the law
