GOP Approves Resolution: Labels BIDEN as the ILLEGITIMATE PRESIDENT
A resolution declaring Biden to be an illegal president was approved by the Texas Republican Party. Democrats will grumble, but they made similar claims about both President Donald Trump and George W. Bush.
At that time, their memories will fail them, but mine won’t. I will acknowledge, though, that the circumstances behind the claims are very different.
In contrast to the cases of Bush and Trump, where no guilty pleas have been entered, three people have admitted to illegally harvesting votes in 2020.
They discovered:
“We think that the 2020 election broke the US Constitution’s first and second amendments, and that a number of secretaries of state illegally avoided their state legislatures by holding their elections in a number of different methods in 1582. We contest the official election results for the 2020 presidential race and maintain that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not duly chosen by the American people.
“We strongly urge all Republicans to act to maintain election integrity and to show up to vote in November 2022, bring your friends and family, volunteer for your local Republicans, and overwhelm any potential fraud,” reads a statement from the Republican National Committee.
“Homosexuality is an unusual way of living. No one should be given special legal status because they identify as LGBTQ+. Additionally, the platform rejects “any attempts to validate transsexual identification.”

At this weekend’s Texas Republican Convention in Houston, the Texas Republican Party endorsed a resolution asserting that President Biden’s victory in the 2020 election was fraudulent.
After the convention ended on Sunday, the Texas GOP platform was made available online. Resolutions denouncing Senator John Cornyn (R., Texas) for his participation in recent bipartisan discussions on gun legislation and calling the 2020 elections invalid were also included.
According to James Wesolek, the Texas GOP’s director of communications, both the resolutions on gun control and elections were approved by voice vote.
Cornyn received jeers during a speech about gun control measures at the convention itself. Negotiations regarding a new prospective federal gun law, including money to support the implementation of “red flag” laws by states and more funding for mental-health services, have been led by Cornyn and Senator Chris Murphy (D., Conn.).
Cornyn should ride off into the sunset because he is just another RINO.
