Indictments for voter fraud Cases Exceed 500 in Texas!

However, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has successfully prosecuted a woman who committed 26 charges involving voter fraud. On three counts, Monica Mendez was found guilty of voting illegally. Eight counts of election fraud, seven counts of helping a voter cast a ballot by mail, and eight counts of unauthorized possession of a mail ballot were also found to be true of her.

The most recent investigation into election integrity by the Texas attorney general’s office took place in Victoria County. Including three instances of illegal voting, eight acts of election fraud, seven counts of helping a voter submit a ballot by mail, and eight counts of unlawful possession of a mail ballot, Port Lavaca resident Monica Mendez entered a plea of guilty to 26 felony counts of voter fraud.
