Ex-Wisconsin Supreme Court Judge Michael Gableman, who used to be in charge of the investigation into the 2020 election in Wisconsin, appears to be very serious about it. He has sent out subpoenas to the places where money from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has been used the most. We already know that drop boxes aren’t allowed to be used in court.
He has now turned his attention to voting machine companies and how easy it is for them to be hacked from the internet now. He has sent subpoenas to Dominion Voting Systems and Electronic Systems & Software (ES&S) of Nebraska to get their records.
In the past, he has sent subpoenas to the head of the Wisconsin Election Commission, the head of the Milwaukee Election Commission, and four city clerks as part of his investigation into the 2020 election. All records about grants from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a group funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, have also been asked to be turned over to him.
CTCL is suspected of influencing elections in Green Bay, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Madison.
Gableman wants to know where their devices were used in the 2020 primaries and general election, as well as who helped tally the votes. He’s also seeking to find out who spoke to Wisconsin during the vote processing and counting.
The probe of the 2020 election has gone national with subpoenas to two voting machines and software manufacturers.
Former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman sent documents requests to Dominion Voting Systems of Colorado and Electronic Systems & Software of Nebraska in December.
Also sought are employees who worked on Wisconsin equipment or spoke with anybody in Wisconsin during that time period.
The subpoenas, originally reported by WisPolitics, demand firm managers deliver requested papers and testify in private at Gableman’s leased Brookfield office space. Gableman set a deadline of Wednesday for the papers and testimony.
