Massive Victory: Federal Judge Disqualifies Prosecutor in Case Against Trump

The judge in the case criticized the prosecutor who was leading the investigation of former President Trump and other individuals in Fulton County, Georgia.

District Attorney Fani Willis came under fire from the judge who is presiding over the grand jury for her fundraising efforts on behalf of Democratic lieutenant governor candidate Charlie Bailey. Bailey is running against Republican Burt Jones, who is the subject of an investigation for criminal activity.

A judge said on Thursday, “I don’t know if it’s a conflict, but… it’s a point when you have to ask yourself, ‘What were you thinking?'” “If we want to think that this investigation is non-partisan… That’s concerning,” the senator said.

The attorneys for Jones said that Willis’ event in June brought in $32,000 in revenue for Jones’ opponent, and they asked for a new prosecutor. Willis’s request to have the case thrown out was the primary topic of discussion at the hearing on Thursday.

“I’m worried that it’s not a lowercase ‘a.’ It’s more like a capital ‘A’ fundraising event with blazing lights for the political opponent of a target of the court’s investigation. The judge continued, saying, “I’m the legal counsel for the grand jury, and I’m almost on national TV every night talking about this inquiry.” Problematic.

Bailey was competing in a runoff at the competition, and it was unclear if he would go up against Jones. According to the attorney, Willis treated Jones the same as he would any other defendant.

The judge vowed to provide a decision soon.

Rudy Giuliani is once again in the spotlight, but this time it’s not due to anything he did.

According to a report by NBC News, a court in New York has issued an order requiring the former mayor of New York to appear in front of a grand jury in Georgia investigating alleged influence on the 2020 election by former President Donald Trump and others.

Giuliani, serving as Trump’s lawyer at the time, did not show up to the hearing on July 13 to argue against a subpoena demanding his testimony in the investigation.

NBC says:

Giuliani was asked to testify as a “material witness” before the grand jury convened by the District Attorney of Fulton County, Fani Willis, to investigate “organized attempts to affect the 2020 elections criminally.” According to the allegations made in the subpoena, Giuliani made a false assertion that there was “widespread voter fraud” in Georgia.

According to Willis, Giuliani is required to appear in front of the grand jury on August 9, as well as any later dates the court specifies.

Under the terms of the subpoena, “There is evidence that [Giuliani’s] attendance and testimony at the hearing was part of a multi-state, coordinated plan by the Trump Campaign.”

Additional Trump legal team members have also been asked to testify in the case. It is not apparent who has been subpoenaed to testify, when it will occur, or if the individuals will dispute their summons.

After his legal representation suggested that the senator would not participate, a judge in Fulton County, Georgia, issued an order compelling Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, to appear in front of the same grand jury on August 2.

The subpoena requests information on calls he made to the workers of the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on the outcome of the 2020 election.

Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga), a previous supporter of the president who voted to reject Georgia’s certified election results, is also resisting a grand jury subpoena. Hice is a member of the Republican Party in Georgia.

A court document reveals roughly a dozen of Georgia’s fictitious presidential electors have also been called to testify. According to a report by NBC News, Willis’ attorney indicated that all 16 phony electors had been informed of the investigation.

  1. What is a fictitious presidential elector ?
And if you ask me, this is not an investigation into voter fraud by Trump. An investigation into whether or not the 2020 election for President was legitimate, meaning, was the chain of custody of ballots verified at every junction , were the voter rolls legally correct or just to make it simple, did the State of Georgia allow access to every authentic ballot artifact by the man who owns the patent on bar codes so he could audit every one for authenticity. Because I remember him testifying to the Georgia Senate that he can determine if the paper ballot was made in China if it had a fold, how many times it was ran through a machine and counted, if the signatures were a forgery and other things and most impressively he said he can do it all in a matter of hours, not days or weeks and he would do it for free. He pointed out many discrepancies on the Republican ballots which is a red flag already because ballots should not be labeled red, blue, democrat or otherwise. Did Georgia lawmakers take up this man’s offer to give their voters a piece of mind that their vote was counted and mattered.?

    • Everyone knows the election was a farce manipulated by the dumbocrats. Nothing will be done though because they own the justice department including the FBI. The whole administration is corrupt.

  2. The number of massive accounts of illegal actions taken by these people handling the ballots and setting them up to be mailed in the last minute without legislative laws being made by state legislatures should be enough to be heard in any court for voter fraud and illegal manipulation of voter ballots.

  4. Good reasons for voter id’s with fingerprint, photo, signature, residency & citizenship verification upon registration. Also rolls should be zeroed out & then updated each election. Paper ballots used & no drop boxes for ballots or ballot harvesting. Votes should be counted the night of the election, no early calls on winners from east to west coast as polls close. No weeks of voting.
