Trump in an interview with journalist Barak Ravid reportedly said, “Nobody did more for Bibi,” (Netanyahu). “And I liked Bibi. I still like Bibi. But I also like loyalty. The first person to congratulate Biden was Bibi. And not only did he congratulate him, he did it on tape.”
“F— him,” Trump said, according to comments released from the interview.
Around 12 hours after the election was called for Biden last year, Netanyahu posted a message to Twitter, writing, “Congratulations Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Joe, we’ve had a long and warm personal relationship for nearly 40 years, and I know you as a great friend of Israel. I look forward to working with both of you to further strengthen the special alliance between the US and Israel.”
The Trump administration took steps to support Israel, including dropping objections to its settlements in the occupied West Bank and recognizing Jerusalem as its capital. After proposing a Mideast plan that was rejected by the Palestinians, the administration brokered normalisation agreements between Isreal and four Arab states.
Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Isreal’s annexation of Golan Heights, captured from Syria during the war, helped Netanyahu ahead of Isreali elections in April 2019.
Trump also said “I did it right before the election, which helped him a lot.”
The whole administration needs to going my opinion. And a new DOJ voted in. Garland is crooked and could easily have enough evidence to prosecute but won’t!
