New York Supreme Court Strikes Down Dem-Passed Law Allowing Non-Citizens to Vote

Non-citizens are not permitted to cast ballots in local elections, according to the New York state Supreme Court.

A resolution granting non-citizens the ability to cast a ballot in local elections was approved by the New York City City Council earlier this year.

 

In response to a case brought by Republican lawmakers, the New York Supreme Court declared that non-citizens are not entitled to vote.

 

According to the proposal, around 800,000 more New Yorkers would have been able to vote in elections for the mayor, public advocate, city council, borough presidents, and school boards.

 

Justice Ralph Porzio declared the law to be unconstitutional and declared it to be illegal.

He stated: “Citizens meeting the age and residency requirements are entitled to register and vote in elections. This is specifically stated in the New York State Constitution.

Porzio continued, “Though voting is a right that so many people take for granted, the City of New York cannot ‘obviate’ the restrictions imposed by the Constitution, and candidates and political parties alike will need to reconfigure their campaigns. The weight of the citizens’ vote will be diluted by municipal voters.

“Though Plaintiffs have not suffered harm today, the harm they will suffer is impending,” Porzio remarked in his decision to overturn the law.

So they can use their unconstitutional laws to get the one man out of office that won’t go along with the rest of the treasonous democratic communist criminals I’m our government to continue to screw the American people out of there taxpayers money but once he’s out of office now they want to change it back because now their scard that it might screw one of their treasonous communist criminal asses over !! Where was their Supreme Court Justices at during our 2020 election and the other swing states Supreme Court Justices when the treasonous democratic communist criminals party was changing voting laws in the middle of an election??? California and New York allowed non US citizens to vote in our2020 elections and we the people want them votes and the votes of all the dead people they used taken out and the people’s voted into office president in the white house where he belongs and the entire treasonous democratic communist criminals party members in prison awaiting their executions for their treasonous crimes against the American people and our country along with their Supreme Court Justices from each one of the swing states!!!
