Sidney Powell Lashed Out At Judge Sullivan Over Move To Delay Michael Flynn’s Case.

A Federal judge presiding over  the Former National Security Adviser, Michael Flynn’s case made an effort to delay the approval of the DOJ’s move to drop the case against him.

The Judge, Emmet Sullivan made an indication that he wasn’t ready to act immediately, he instead signalled that interested parties will seek “leave of  the Court” to file briefs expressing their own opinions.

However, Michael Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell on Tuesday lashed out at Judge Sullivan, arguing that such friend-of-the-court briefs are not allowed in criminal cases under local court rules and Supreme Court precedent.

“This travesty of justice has already consumed three or more years of an innocent man’s life  and that of his entire family, no further delay should be tolerated or any further expense caused to him and his defense,” She wrote.
