President Donald Trump as we all know becomes the third President to be impeached in the history of America. He was accused of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress in the two articles released by the Democrats.
President Trump acted unbothered about the impeachment saying the whole impeachment drama is a hoax cooked up by Democrats. “I don’t feel like I am being impeached because it’s a hoax, it’s a setup, and a horrible thing they did”, he said.
Meanwhile, on Capitol Hill, the Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, on the other hand, has clearly refused to take the bold step thereby trying everything possible to delay the articles from getting to the Senate.
The situation got heated when the Democrats pushed for the delay for them to be able to know what the trial will probably look like. But the Republicans are still insisting that Pelosi and the other Democrats are scared of the trial.
President Trump, in his tweet yesterday slammed Pelosi over the whole delay process. He described her as the most ‘overrated ‘ woman he had ever seen.
Remember when Pelosi was screaming that President Trump is a danger to our nation and we must move quickly. They didn’t get one Republican House vote, and lost 3 Dems. They produced no case so now she doesn’t want to go to the Senate. She’s all lies. Most overrated person I know!
