U.S. Attorney: Bill Barr Forbade me From Investigating Voter Fraud in 2020.

In a letter to President Trump dated June 9th, 2021, Bill Mcswain, the former US Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2018 to 2021, explained that he did not look into voter fraud in Pennsylvania because Bill Barr, the alleged US Attorney General, told him not to.

He explained that he had successfully prosecuted an election judge for stuffing a ballot box in 2020.

Additionally, he was able to file charges against the political adviser and former Democratic official who allegedly bought off the Philadelphia election judge in 2020.

Dear Mr. President,

Being the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during your administration was a great honor for me. You asked me to put public safety first, and I did just that. Our Office put rioters, looters, and arsonists in jail while Larry Krasner, the radical leftist Philadelphia District Attorney, stood up for law-abiding citizens while letting violent criminals off the hook and declining to prosecute them.

I successfully prosecuted and won an election fraud case in the spring of 2020 against a South Philadelphia judge of elections who was stuffing the ballot box. I also accused the political consultant (an ex-Democratic congressman) of paying the judge bribes to rig the election.

You had cause to be angry, President Trump; the way the Democrats handled the 2020 election in Pennsylvania was a partisan disgrace. The State Supreme Court, the partisan Governor, and the Secretary of the Commonwealth all made up their own rules and disregarded the law. Even worse, days before election day, Josh Shapiro, the state’s attorney general, who is in charge of upholding election laws in the state, said you couldn’t win. It’s difficult to think of a law enforcement official making a statement that was more careless, particularly during a closely contested election.
Given these assertions, it should come as no surprise that many Pennsylvanians have little faith in the election results in our state.

Our Office received numerous claims of voter fraud and election irregularities both on election day and afterward. I wanted to be open with the public as part of my duties as U.S. Attorney and, of course, fully investigate any allegations. However, Attorney General Barr gave me the directive to refrain from releasing any statements to the media or press releases regarding potential election fraud. Additionally, I received instructions to refer serious allegations to the State Attorney General for investigation. This is the same State Attorney General who previously said you couldn’t win.

Even though I didn’t agree with it, I had to follow my own orders. I received training as a Marine infantry officer to adhere to the chain of command and to respect my superiors’ orders,

whether I concur with them or not.

The desire to serve the people of Pennsylvania and bring back conservative leadership to our state is in my blood, Mr. President. In the general election in November 2022, I will be the Republican candidate for governor with the best chance of winning. I am uniquely qualified to defeat Mr. Shapiro (the likely Democratic candidate), given my background and experience, and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you in person. It would be an honor if you helped me.

Modernizing Pennsylvania’s election procedures and defending every Pennsylvanian’s right to a fair vote would be among my top priorities if I were elected governor.

That means there should be no ballot harvesting, ballots that aren’t dated or signed, ballots that are cast after Election Day (aside from valid military and overseas absentee ballots), barriers to poll watchers watching the ballots being counted, different rules in different counties, and, of course, no ballot stuffing of the kind that I’ve previously prosecuted. It also entails sensible voter ID laws. The maintenance of voter confidence in elections ought to be a nonpartisan concern. In other words, it is our duty to make voting simple, but voting fraud challenging, if not impossible. The best and most deserving candidates win when we respect the will of the people in this way.

I appreciate your consideration and look forward to speaking with you soon.

respectfully,

William M. McSwain

Former United States Attorney, Eastern District of PA, 2018-2021

The elite js sit in front of the TV and spew out garbage, believing wer js gonna believe it cause they said it,when we are the ones living g in the reality of it,they contradict themselves at every step, every diff show they go on.They are pathological liars who then go home to there mansions in there own imaginary world and believe the lies they spew.they never have to answer to US the actual,American people. If we had the opportunity to question them like so called reporters and wer actually, held accountable then maybe things would change we the people vote a president in ,and WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET THEM OUT.not the senate. I’m so disgusted wth all the lies from our govt and so called Obiden, who is the actual illegitimate president.something must give and the American people have given enuff.
